An Octain Refrain poem by Kwoa.

Kwoa Photo Poem 11 Meeting Peace - Marais Poitevin 2008

My lethargic barque gently drifts,
under lush trees’ soothing shadows,
and dragonflies’ waltz with light glows.

“Here cease your worries; nature’s gifts!”,
Distant echoes of that instant,
almost troubling reed carps’ and swifts.

Such oppressing peace, my brain blows.
“Boss, please sign me in for next shifts!”

Second week Kwoa is boating in Europe… following last week’s Venice, signs of summer I suppose.
