Effy By Design

We want all our pixies to feel amazing wearing our products, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us for product exchange (standard size) or for rework (custom size), within 15 days of receipt.

  1. Before returning the item: Take a picture and/or describe the issue to [email protected], mentioning the purchase order number. We will respond within 24h.
  2. Ship all returns to Effy Creations’ atelier address in Shanghai. Client is responsible for the shipping fee (client -> atelier), and to ensure that the item reach us. Depending on the product value, we advise to use trackable delivery service.
  3. For standard sized items, returned items should be in good condition (tag intact, unaltered), to be exchanged for a different size or a different product (with a value equal or lower than the original purchase).
  4. For custom sized items, returned items should be in good condition. We always double confirm measurements before dressmaking, so depending on the nature of the issue, we will rework and send it back for a USD 5 rework fee + Shipping fee (atelier -> client). If the defect comes from our side, we will reword, refund client’s return fee and send it back at our expense. Custom sized item cannot be exchange for a different product.

Notes:
Please allow slight discrepancy in the product color due to lighting in photography and screen color shifts. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
Prints and patterns may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
Unless specified otherwise in the product description page, we advise to hand wash all our clothing items. Damages due to any other washing method is not considered a defect.

Exchange for damaged products will be done within 15 days of receipt.
